Having recently adopted a “Forward Comprehensive Plan,” the City of Dacono has intentionally positioned itself to develop a 21st century live/work community with the amenities and housing diversity that buyers are looking for. Housing options range from starter homes, to patio, paired and larger homes featuring loft, den, basement, three-car and oversized garage options. New homes are being built and can be customized to meet a range of tastes, lifestyles and budgets.
From Pocket Parks to Golf Courses
While pocket parks are located in most neighborhoods, the biggest hit has been the Splash Park that was built at the request of some of the City’s youngest residents! Dacono is also close to the Carbon Valley Recreation Center. There are 15 nearby golf courses including Saddleback, Bella Rosa, Colorado National, Indian Peaks, Buffalo Run, Riverdale, Omni Interlocken, Eagle Trace, Broadlands, Sunset, Todd Creek and others.
Highlights of the community include the Sweetgrass community pool that will be completed in Spring 2017, nearby shopping and dining at The Orchard Town Center offering everything from bistros to burgers, Larkridge Shopping Center featuring an outdoor pedestrian mall, the Grove, with Cabela’s as its anchor and Furniture Row.
