1. What are mandatory water restrictions?

The intent of the water restrictions is to reduce water usage to the extent necessitated by severe drought conditions and low quota levels set by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. The restrictions come after 2011-2012 was the City’s highest water use year on record. 2013 Mandatory Water Restrictions

2. Can I pay fees, charges and utilities with a credit card?

Effective April 1st 2012, the City is accepting credit cards and debit cards to pay your City fees and charges. Many of the charges can be paid conveniently online. The portal used for this payment method is sponsored by Colorado.gov and Colorado Interactive. City of Dacono PayPort

3. What are City Hall hours?

Normal City Hall hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

4. Where is City Hall located?

City Hall is located at 512 Cherry Street.

5. How do I sign-up to receive news releases?

Add your name to our email list. Simply click on "E-Services" on the City's homepage. Follow the link to "Notify Me". Your e-mail address will be kept confidential and it will not be sold, disclosed to others, or used for unsolicited mass mailings (spam).

6. How do I get a copy of the City Connection newsletter?

The City Connection is mailed monthly to all households with a water utility account. The newsletter is also published on the City's website. Click on the "Newsletter" tab on the City's home page.

7. How do I get on the City of Dacono Facebook page?

You do not have to have a Facebook profile to view the City of Dacono's Facebook page. Go to the City of Dacono homepage and click the blue "F" icon at the bottom of the page.
