Public Hearings Scheduled
Contact the City Clerk for additional public hearing information. All meetings begin at 6 p.m.. Hearings will either be conducted at the Dacono City Hall, 512 Cherry Street, Dacono, Colorado 80514, or electronically in accordance with policies adopted by Resolution of the City Council.
Planning & Zoning Commission
- March 9, 2021- The City of Dacono Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a proposed industrial use for Roameo as a carpenter and woodwork shop, to assemble the interior cabinetry, framing, and accessories for Class B campervans, and an office use associated therewith, but not including outdoor storage. The address of the property that is the subject of the request is 5445 Colorado Boulevard and the approximate location of the property is northwest of the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Grandview Boulevard. The legal description of the property is Lot 2A, Grand Divide Business Park Subdivision, City of Dacono, Weld County, Colorado.
