- March 28, 2023. The City of Dacono Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2023 to consider a request for approval of a final plat and final development plan for Sharpe Subdivision Fifth Filing, a replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Sharpe Subdivision First Filing.

- April 10, 2023. The City Council of the City of Dacono will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023 to consider a request for approval of a final plat and final development plan for Sharpe Subdivision Fifth Filing, a replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Sharpe Subdivision First Filing. Such hearing will be held at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado 80514.

The City Council of the City of Dacono will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado 80514. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request for an extension of the deadline for approval of construction plans, the filing with the City for recording final plat mylars, and the improvement guarantee required by the Subdivision Agreement for the Sweetgrass Filing 5 subdivision. The final plat for the Sweetgrass Filing 5 subdivision was approved, with conditions, by the City Council on September 26, 2022 by Resolution No. 22-71 and is subject to reconsideration, including possible revocation of such final plat approval, should the applicant fail to meet the condition of approval requiring approved construction plans, final plat mylars, and the improvement guarantee within six months of the date of such conditional approval.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request for an extension of the deadline for approval of construction plans, the filing with the City for recording final plat mylars, and the improvement guarantee required by the Subdivision Agreement for the Mesa Ridge Filing No. 1 subdivision. The final plat for the Mesa Ridge Filing No. 1 subdivision was approved, with conditions, by the City Council on November 14, 2022 by Resolution No. 22-79 and is subject to reconsideration, including possible revocation of such final plat approval, should the applicant fail to meet the condition of approval requiring approved construction plans, final plat mylars, and the improvement guarantee within six months of the date of such conditional approval.
- April 10, 2023. The City Council of the City of Dacono will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado 80514. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request for an extension of the deadline for filing with the City for recording site plan mylars, the executed Development Agreement, and the Improvement Guarantee required by the Development Agreement for the Vivid II Workshops site plan. The site plan and Development Agreement were approved, with conditions, by the City Council on September 26, 2022 by Resolution No. 22-70 and is subject to reconsideration, including possible revocation of such approvals granted by Resolution No. 22-70, should the applicant fail to meet the condition of filing the site plan mylars, executed Development Agreement and the Improvement Guarantee within six months of the date of such conditional approval.
