What are the responsibilities of the Board of Adjustment?
The Board of Adjustment holds public hearings and determines appeals from refusals of building permits, exceptions to the zoning regulations and to authorize variances from the strict application of the zoning regulations. Parties aggrieved by the findings and decisions of the Board of Adjustment may appeal the same to the City Council.
